I read that book a few years ago and really enjoyed it. It made me reflect long and hard about agency and the connection we have to the people we love - how we are bound to them, but by love unfeigned (choice), not by force. And that pure love that lets us choose is so powerful that it compels us to sacrifice for those people in ways that are beautiful and complete us. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the book when you finish it! : )

I haven't read it yet, I am in the middle of the Fablehaven series. The movie looks really good, I love chick flicks!
I was going to read it, but there were not nearly enough pictures. Also if there is a movie, I figured I would save myself some time.
