week 22

Memorial Day was spent at a BBQ with the Huff's.

We also took a trip to Home Depot for some wood for a Pinterest project. Of course we found a few plants too.

Bev had a sleepover with Katie and came home with the cutest hairdo.

Drew took a spill on his skateboard and got a pretty bad case of road rash.

Drew took the zero gravity chair out and watched his friends skateboard while he tried to recover.

Little Mister trying to keep up with the big boys on Bev's skateboard.

Mike loves a good hoagie sandwich. Quite often as we pass these buns at Costco he reminds me that his high school girlfriend's mother always made sandwiches on them. I finally bought some and made his dreams come true.

Holy Rain!

Dinner with Grandma and Grandpa at Golden Corral.

The boys working on the trellises.

Drew was the master of ceremonies at the Court of Honor.

Mike didn't even get to change after work before they started working on their project.

I painted Mike's parent's door.  She chose a happy yellow.

Bev rode Drew's scooter to the District to get us a treat from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

We all hung out in the front yard waiting for her return.

Jessi came riding sidesaddle from the backyard.

Chillin' in the shade.

This scab is getting pretty nasty.

Tiger keeping tabs on Freddy's every move.

The girls got to dress up for a Halloween in June event at school.  Jessi stayed with a popular theme for her--the cowgirl.

Bev did her October Halloween's Evil Witch costume.

At Bev's soccer tryouts.  Jess got cold so she snuggled up in the chair case.

Bev playing goalie.

Katie introduced Bev to henna tattoos.

The boys took off to the Father and Son's Campout. Poor Freddy thought he got to go too.

Whenever it's just the girls, we go to Cafe Rio.

We also got some cupcakes and had a sleepover in my bed and watched Anastasia--Bev's favorite movie.

Drew had his last soccer game of the season. He played goalie.

We are having some amazingly beautiful evenings, and we are trying to spend as many outside as possible. Bev practicing dribbling.

Christian and Jess doing flips.

The kids are going through a lot of tape and saltines playing Hunger Games.

Christian and Bev had a campout in the backyard.

Bev giving me a henna tattoo.

Sunday night we watched Life of Pi.  It was amazing. Freddy got all bothered at the animals on the tv.

Between indoor and outdoor activities and projects, it looks like you had a wonderful week that week. Good thing about henna tatoos is that they come off, Glad that only damage to Drew was road rash and no broken bones.
